## Common questions

**Can clients choose their therapist?** Yes. Every colleague has their own calendar and their own hours. Clients pick who they want to see when they book, and the phone assistant remembers the request too.

**How do I stop microneedling being booked into a 20-minute gap?** Every service carries its own duration. A 90-minute treatment only appears where 90 minutes are free. A gap that is only long enough for a brow shape is never offered for anything longer.

**Can I take a deposit for bridal make-up?** Yes. You decide per service whether the full price or a deposit is due up front. Payment runs through Stripe by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Every other appointment stays as it is.

**Can I send preparation notes with the reminder?** Yes. You write the confirmation and the reminder yourself. If a peel needs no retinol beforehand, or waxing needs a certain hair length, it goes in the message that arrives a day ahead.

**What does the phone assistant cost?** It comes with Pro Voice at 129.95 € a month, including a German phone number and 200 call minutes. Each further minute is 0.25 €. The booking page and WhatsApp reminders work without it, on the smaller plan.

**Do my clients need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a treatment and a time and enter their name and mobile number. That's it.

**Can I also sell my skincare products through it?** No. terminio.ai handles appointments, reminders and the phone, not your till or your stock. Selling at the end of a treatment stays the way it is now.
