Technically this is a linked device, not the official WhatsApp Business Platform; WhatsApp can restrict or ban numbers that send automated messages.

**When should the reminder for a beauty appointment go out?** The classic is 24 hours before, the most effective message against forgotten appointments. Whoever needs a certain hair length before waxing gets another one a week ahead. Add two hours before or a time of your own, every reminder switched on and off individually.
