## Common questions

**My prices depend on the size of the car. Does that work?** Yes. You set the service up per size, say interior clean for a small car, an estate and an SUV, each with its own duration and price. Customers pick their size, and the phone assistant asks for it.

**What about jobs that take the whole day?** Every service carries its own duration. An eight-hour ceramic coating only appears on days when the bay is free. Gaps that are too short never show up as availability.

**Can I take a deposit on big jobs?** Yes, per service. A deposit on the ceramic coating, nothing on the interior clean. Whoever has paid a deposit turns up; the bay doesn't sit empty that day. Payments run through Stripe.

**Customers drop the car off in the morning and collect it in the evening. How does the reminder handle that?** The reminder goes out the evening before, with the key hand-over time and your note to empty the car out. You add the pick-up time in your own words.

**How do I check the condition of the car beforehand?** The phone assistant asks about the car and its condition and summarises everything in the app. For pet hair, smoke smell or badly scratched paint it hands the call over to you instead of guessing a price. Customers send you photos on WhatsApp.

**Do my customers need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a service, a vehicle size and a day and enter their name and mobile number. That's it.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
