Online booking for car workshops: customers pick an oil change or a wheel change, a time, and enter their plate. No account, no phone call. Start free.

Customers pick the job, the time and the mechanic, and enter their plate. No account, no call, in 30 seconds.

## One page. Every job. Every lift.

- Your page. Even when the doors are shut. Oil change, wheel change with balancing or a full service: customers pick the job, a free slot, the mechanic if they like, and enter their name, mobile number and plate. Booked in 30 seconds, no account. In your design, with your logo.
- A deposit in tyre season. Otherwise nothing. Per service you decide: deposit, full price or pay at the desk. A deposit on the wheel change in October, nothing on the open-ended repair. Payment runs through Stripe at booking, and whoever has paid a deposit drops the keys off too.
- Whoever prefers to call lands in the same calendar. Not everyone books online. The AI phone assistant answers while you're under a car, asks for the job, quotes the price and books into the same calendar as your page. Bigger repairs it hands over to you.
- Booking confirmed, appointment remembered. Every online booking triggers the WhatsApp confirmation at once. Before the appointment the reminder follows, with the note about registration documents and keys. From your number, in your words. You type nothing, not even in tyre season.
- The page only offers what really fits. Mechanics, lifts, duration per job: from those terminio works out the free slots. A three-hour service only appears where three hours are free. Each mechanic sees their own jobs, you see the whole day, with unlimited staff in every plan.
- The booking lands on your watch. A customer books, and you see it at the front desk in the web app, on your phone or on your smartwatch, without taking your hands out of the engine bay. iPhone, Android, web: one account, the same picture everywhere. Hosted in the EU.

## Common questions

**Where does the booking link go?** Everywhere customers find you: in your Google profile, on your website, in your WhatsApp status or as a QR code at the front desk. One link, one page. Whoever opens it sees your services, your free slots and your name on the online booking page, in your design.

**Can customers enter their plate when they book?** Yes. Customers pick a job and a time, enter their name, mobile number and plate, done. They need no account and no app. You know beforehand which car is coming onto the lift at half past ten.

**What if someone books a wheel change but really needs balancing?** You set the services up the way your customers know them: wheel change, wheel change with balancing, oil change, air-con service. Each with its own duration and its own price. Whoever doesn't know the difference sees it on the page. Your catalogue for workshops comes pre-filled when you set up.

**How do I stop someone booking tomorrow morning when the lift is full?** The page only shows free slots. It knows rotas, absences and the duration of every job and works out from them what really fits. If tomorrow is full, tomorrow doesn't appear. Double bookings don't happen, not even when someone calls at the same moment.

**What does it cost for my workshop?** Online booking for car workshops is free on the Free plan: up to 50 bookings a month, with unlimited staff and services. Pro unlocks unlimited bookings, your own branding and statistics, with a seven-day free trial and monthly cancellation. No setup fee.

**Does the page look like my workshop or like terminio?** Like your workshop. Logo, colours, font and layout are yours to set, with twelve themes to pick from. On the Pro plan the "Powered by" disappears too. Your customers see your name, your services and your prices, nothing else.
