## Common questions

**Does the message come from my number or from terminio?** From yours. You connect your WhatsApp by QR code in the app, and your number stays your number. The WhatsApp appointment reminder comes from you, and replies land in your chat. Whoever can't make it simply writes back, and you see it before the lift stays empty. Technically this is a linked device, not the official WhatsApp Business Platform; WhatsApp can restrict or ban numbers that send automated messages.

**Can the reminder mention the registration papers and the keys?** Yes. You write the text yourself, the way you speak. Name, date, time and job are filled in by terminio as building blocks, and the note about papers and keys you add once. While writing you see the message exactly as it arrives with the customer.

**How long before the appointment does the message go out?** You decide: a week before, 24 hours before, 2 hours before or your own timing. Every reminder can be switched on and off on its own, each with its own text. The confirmation goes out right after booking, whether online, via the phone assistant or entered by hand.
