## Common questions

**How discreet is it for my clients?** When booking, clients give only a name and a mobile number, not what it's about. Reminders name the time and the practice, nothing else. All data sits on servers in the EU, and nobody sees your calendar but you.

**What does the phone assistant say when someone calls in a crisis?** It doesn't counsel and doesn't try to. It books appointments and takes messages. If a call sounds acute, it stops booking and puts the caller through to you or gives the emergency numbers, such as 112 or a crisis helpline, whichever you have set. You get the summary in the app straight away.

**Can I offer sessions both in person and online?** Yes. You set up the online session as a service of its own, with its own duration and price. Clients choose when they book, the phone assistant asks, and the confirmation says whether it's in person or by video.

**How do I apply my cancellation rule?** You decide how late clients can cancel or move a session for free, say 24 or 48 hours before. The rule is in every confirmation, cancelling goes through the link in the WhatsApp, and the slot opens up again straight away. With payment up front, the rule applies to the money too.

**Can I ask for payment up front only on the first session?** Yes. Per service you decide: payment up front, full price or pay at the practice. Many practices take payment up front for the first session and nothing for ongoing ones. Settled securely through Stripe.

**Do my clients need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a service and a time and enter their name and mobile number. That's it.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
