## Common questions

**Where does the booking link go?** Everywhere clients already find you: website, Google profile, email signature, WhatsApp status. One link with your practice's name, which terminio gives you. Clients tap it, see services, prices and free slots and book quietly in the evening, without having to ring.

**What do clients see when they open the link?** Your page in your design, calm and plain: first session, coaching session, couples counselling and online session with duration and price, plus the free slots. They choose, enter name and mobile number and are done. Online booking for coaching needs neither an app nor an account, and nobody has to explain why.

**What if someone books a first session and then doesn't turn up?** Per service you decide whether payment up front is due. Up front for the first session, nothing for the ongoing session. Payment runs securely through Stripe, your cancellation rule is in the confirmation, and whoever has paid is in the chair at six. The WhatsApp reminder beforehand comes on top.

**How many bookings does the free plan include?** The Free plan takes up to 50 bookings a month, with your own booking page, calendar and unlimited services. From Pro, bookings are unlimited, plus your own branding, client records with notes, statistics and reports. Cancel monthly, no setup fee.

**Can I enter the next appointment myself when we agree it at the end of a session?** Yes. You enter it in the app, and the slot disappears from the booking page straight away. The WhatsApp confirmation goes out for that too. Online, by phone or entered by hand: everything in one practice calendar, and the weekly rhythm holds.
