If a call sounds like acute pain, it stops normal booking and puts the caller through to the practice at once, or takes name, number and complaint as an urgent callback at the top of the list, whichever you have set. It never answers medical questions. **Where is my patients' data stored?** Appointment data sits on servers in the EU (Frankfurt): name, mobile number and appointment, no findings, no X-rays, no records. For the phone assistant, ElevenLabs (USA) processes the calls under standard contractual clauses.
