## Common questions

**My timings depend on breed and size. How do I set that up?** You create the service per size: full groom small dog ninety minutes, medium dog two hours, large dog three. Each variant carries its own duration and price, and the phone assistant asks about breed and size first.

**Is the dog's name on the booking?** Yes. Owners enter their dog's name and breed when they book, and both appear in the calendar and the client record. You know before the appointment whether it's Bruno or Lottie coming in.

**Can I ask for a deposit on long appointments?** Yes, per service. A deposit on the two-hour hand-strip, nothing on a nail trim. Whoever has paid a deposit turns up, and an empty two-hour slot hurts a good deal less.

**My regulars come every eight weeks. Does that work?** Yes. After the appointment terminio reminds the owner by WhatsApp to book the next one, and the link goes straight to your booking page. Regulars book the groomer they know while they're at it.

**I have dogs that can't cope with other dogs in the salon. How do I plan those?** You block fixed quiet times in the calendar, the first hour of the morning say, and book nervous dogs into them yourself. If an owner rings about it, the assistant notes the request and you call back.

**Do my clients need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a service and a time and enter their name, mobile number and their dog's name. That's it.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
