- Service, size, time. In 30 seconds. Owners open your link, pick a full groom, bath and blow-dry or a nail trim, pick their dog's size, pick the time. Name, mobile number, the dog's name, done. No account, no app, no call to the salon. In your design, with your logo.
- Paid up front. Right when they book. If a service has a price, customers can pay it right at booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, securely through Stripe. Anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment.
- Whoever prefers to call lands in the same calendar. Not every owner clicks. The AI phone assistant answers while you're at the grooming table, asks breed and size and books into the same calendar as the booking page. No second calendar. The system prevents the same slot from being given out twice.
- Booked, confirmed, reminded. Every online booking sends the WhatsApp confirmation straight away, with service, date and time. Before the appointment comes the reminder, from your number, in your words, "bring the vaccination record" included. You type nothing, the table stays taken.
- Only real free slots. For every groomer. Working hours, colleagues, the duration of every service: terminio works out from them what the booking page offers. A full groom on a large dog only appears where three hours are free. Regulars book the groomer they know, every eight weeks.
- The booking is there at once. Every booking appears in the web app at once, for the whole team, the same picture everywhere. Apps for iPhone and Android and a smartwatch app are coming soon. The database is in the EU (Frankfurt).

## Common questions

**Where does the booking link go?** Everywhere your clients already are: Instagram bio, Google profile, WhatsApp status and as a QR code on the counter. One link with your salon's name, which terminio gives you. Owners tap it and see services, prices and free slots, in the evening after the walk too.

**How do I get the dog's size and name with the booking?** You set the service up per size, full groom small dog ninety minutes, large dog three hours, and owners pick the one that fits. Their dog's name and breed they enter when booking, and both appear in the calendar and the client record. Online booking for dog groomers needs neither an app nor an account.

**Can I stop someone booking two hours of hand-stripping and not turning up?** Not entirely. If the hand-strip has a price, owners can pay it right at booking through Stripe if they like, and the WhatsApp reminder beforehand brings most appointments back. A deposit as a partial amount or mandatory payment is not available at the moment.

**How many bookings does the free plan include?** The Free plan takes up to 50 bookings a month, with your own booking page, calendar, unlimited staff and unlimited services. From Pro, bookings are unlimited, plus your own branding, client records with notes, statistics and reports. Cancel monthly, no setup fee.

**How do I get regulars to book again every eight weeks?** After the appointment terminio reminds the owner by WhatsApp to book the next one, and the link goes straight to your booking page. There they pick the groomer they know while they're at it. You can also enter the appointment at the counter yourself, and the slot is gone online straight away.

**How fast is the booking page live?** Name, services, opening hours, terminio does the rest. The page is up in three minutes. Then you set theme, colour and font, copy the link and put it in your bio and Google profile. Online booking for your grooming salon runs without you from there on.
