- Your page. Open around the clock. Learners book in the evening, on Sundays, at break time: pick a lesson, pick an instructor, pick a time, done. No account, no phone call. In your design, with your logo.
- Paid up front. If customers want to. If a service has a price, customers can pay it right at booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment. Secure through Stripe.
- No call gets lost any more. The AI assistant answers while you're in the car and the office is closed: around the clock, in German. It asks which instructor and which lesson, checks free slots, books and summarises every call in the app.
- Reminds before anyone forgets. Confirmation on every booking, a reminder before the lesson, from your number, in your words. Glasses and ID included, if that's how you set it up. You don't type a single message.
- One calendar for the whole driving school. Instructors, cars, theory evenings: terminio works the free slots out from them. Learners book their own instructor. Learner records, statistics and reports included.

## Common questions

**Can learners choose their instructor?** Yes. Every instructor has their own calendar, their own hours and their own car. Learners choose who they drive with when they book, and the phone assistant asks the same question.

**What happens when someone cancels at short notice?** The lesson frees up in the calendar and is bookable online again straight away. Anyone inside your cancellation window pays by your rules; the WhatsApp reminder makes sure it rarely gets that far.

**Can learners pay for a lesson up front?** Yes, once you set up online payment. Learners can then pay the price of the lesson right at booking, securely through Stripe, and the money lands with you. Anyone who would rather pay another way books without payment; a deposit as a partial amount is not available at the moment.

**How do I handle theory classes?** As a service with a fixed duration and its own tab on your booking page. Learners see when the next evening takes place and sign up. The reminder comes just like it does for a lesson.

**Can parents book for their teenagers?** Yes. Whoever books enters a name and a mobile number, and the reminder goes to the number given. Whether the learner books or their mum does makes no difference to terminio.

**I already have driving-school software. Do they work together?** terminio.ai handles lessons, reminders and the phone, not training records or test applications. The two run side by side; your driving-school software stays as it is.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
