## Common questions

**Can learners choose their instructor?** Yes. Every instructor has their own calendar, their own hours and their own car. Learners choose who they drive with when they book, and the phone assistant asks the same question.

**What happens when someone cancels at short notice?** The lesson frees up in the calendar and is bookable online again straight away. Anyone inside your cancellation window pays by your rules; the WhatsApp reminder makes sure it rarely gets that far.

**Can learners pay for a lesson up front?** Yes, if you want them to. Per service you decide whether a deposit, the full price or nothing is due. Payment runs securely through Stripe and the money lands with you.

**How do I handle theory classes?** As a service with a fixed duration and its own tab on your booking page. Learners see when the next evening takes place and sign up. The reminder comes just like it does for a lesson.

**Can parents book for their teenagers?** Yes. Whoever books enters a name and a mobile number, and the reminder goes to the number given. Whether the learner books or their mum does makes no difference to terminio.

**I already have driving-school software. Do they work together?** terminio.ai handles lessons, reminders and the phone, not training records or test applications. The two run side by side; your driving-school software stays as it is.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
