**Can I offer viewings per property?** Yes. You set up a viewing per property with its own duration, thirty minutes say, and release only the slots you have set aside for it. Prospects then see exactly the free times on Saturday, nothing else.

**What helps against prospects who don't turn up?** The WhatsApp reminder. Every booking is confirmed, and before the appointment terminio reminds them once more, with address and time. Whoever cancels frees up the slot, and you see it in the app straight away.

**Owners want a valuation, not a viewing. Does that work too?** Yes. Valuation, sales and lettings consultations are services of their own, with a price if you want one. The phone assistant tells the difference and books the owner into the right calendar.
