## Common questions

**Where does the booking link go?** Everywhere prospects already find you: in the brochure, the portal listing, your email signature, on the board outside the property. One link with your agency's name, which terminio gives you. Prospects tap it, see properties and free slots and book from the sofa in the evening, without having to ring.

**What do prospects see when they open the link?** Your page in your design, with your logo: the viewings per property, valuation, sales and lettings consultation with duration and, if you want, a price, plus the free slots per agent. They pick a property and a time, enter name and mobile number, done. Online booking for estate agents needs neither an app nor an account.

**I don't want prospects picking any time they like. Can I stop that?** Yes. Per property you release only the slots you have set aside for it, Saturday between ten and twelve in half-hour steps, say. Everything else stays invisible. Once the flat is let, you take the viewing out again, and the link only shows the properties still open.
