## Common questions

**Can clients choose between an appointment in person and by video?** Yes. Per service you set whether it can be in person, by video or both. Clients choose when they book, the phone assistant asks, and the video link is in the confirmation and the reminder.

**Does the phone assistant advise my clients on the phone?** No. It books appointments, answers questions about opening hours and the address, and takes messages. Questions about contracts, products or investments are passed on to you as a call-back. Advice stays with you.

**How safe is my clients' data?** terminio.ai stores names, contact details and appointments, no portfolio balances and no contract details. All data sits on servers in the EU, transferred encrypted, with a data processing agreement.

**How do I keep track of the annual reviews?** You set a recall for the annual review. When it's due, terminio reminds you, and if you like the client gets an invitation with your booking link by WhatsApp.

**Can clients book the adviser they know?** Yes. Every adviser has their own calendar, their own hours and their own services. Clients choose who they want when they book, and the phone assistant remembers the request too.

**Our first consultation is free. Do I have to enter a price?** No. The price is optional per service. Enter 0 and the booking page simply shows no price. For other services you can still set a price or a payment up front.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
