## Common questions

**Where does the booking link go?** Everywhere clients already find you: website, email signature, Google profile, business card. One link with your office's name, which terminio gives you. Clients tap it, see services, prices and free slots and book in the evening after work, without having to ring.

**What do clients see when they open the link?** Your page in your design, with your logo: first consultation, financial analysis, mortgage consultation and pension check with duration and price, plus the free slots per adviser. They pick in person or by video, enter name and mobile number, done. Online booking for financial advisers needs neither an app nor an account.

**Our first consultation is free. What does the page show then?** No price. The price is optional per service: enter 0 and the booking page simply shows none. For the financial analysis or the mortgage consultation you can still set a price or a payment up front. Payment runs securely through Stripe.

**Can I enter the annual review myself when we agree it at the end of a meeting?** Yes. You enter it in the app, and the slot disappears from the booking page straight away. The WhatsApp confirmation goes out for that too. Or you set a recall: when it's due, the client gets an invitation with your booking link by WhatsApp, if you like.
