- No call gets lost any more. The AI assistant answers while you're at the chair: around the clock, in German. It asks whether it's a cut or a colour, checks free slots, books and summarises every call in the app.
- Reminds before anyone forgets. Confirmation on every booking, a reminder before the appointment, from your number, in your words. You don't type a single message, not even at nine on a Saturday.
- One calendar for the whole salon. Colleagues, rotas, services: terminio works the free slots out from them. Regulars book the stylist they know. Client records, statistics and reports included.

## Common questions

**Can clients book a particular stylist?** Yes. Every colleague has their own calendar and their own hours. Clients choose who they want when they book, and the phone assistant remembers the request too.

**How do I stop someone booking a colour into a 30-minute gap?** Every service carries its own duration. A three-hour balayage only appears where three hours are free. Gaps that are too short never show up as availability.

**What about processing time?** You enter the service with its full duration. If you fit a men's cut into the processing time, you add that appointment to the calendar yourself.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.

**Do my clients need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a service and a time and enter their name and mobile number. That's it.

**I already have a till system. Do they work together?** terminio.ai handles appointments, reminders and the phone, not your till. The two run side by side; at the end of the day you record takings the way you always have.
