Technically this is a linked device, not the official WhatsApp Business Platform; WhatsApp can restrict or ban numbers that send automated messages.

**When should the reminder for a hair appointment go out?** The classic is 24 hours before, the most effective message against forgotten appointments. You can add a week before, two hours before or a time of your own, every reminder switched on and off individually, each with its own text.

**Do I have to type for every appointment myself?** No. As soon as an appointment is in the calendar, whether online, through the phone assistant or entered by you, terminio writes. Name, date, time and service it fills in when sending, the rest you word once, the way you speak.
