- Your page. Open around the clock. Clients arrive from Instagram and book in the evening, on Sundays, on the go: pick a full set or an infill, pick a time, done. No account, no phone call. In your design, with your logo.
- Paid up front. If customers want to. If a service has a price, customers can pay it right at booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment. Secure through Stripe.
- No call gets lost any more. The AI assistant answers while you've got the tweezers in your hand: around the clock, in German. It asks whether it's classic or volume, checks free slots, books and summarises every call in the app.
- Reminds before anyone forgets. Confirmation on every booking, a reminder before the appointment, from your number, in your words. With a "please come without mascara" if you like. You don't type a single message.
- One calendar for your studio. Services, working hours, breaks: terminio works the free slots out from them. A full set only appears where two hours are free. Client records with set and length, statistics and reports included.
- On the laptop, in the browser. Apps coming soon. Web app on the laptop. Coming soon: apps for iPhone and Android and the smartwatch for the next appointment without putting the tweezers down. One account, the same picture everywhere. Database in the EU (Frankfurt).

## Common questions

**How do I stop someone booking a full set into a one-hour gap?** Every service carries its own duration. A two-hour classic full set only appears where two hours are free. Gaps that are too short never show up as availability.

**My clients come back every two to three weeks for an infill. Does terminio help with that?** Yes. The message after the appointment invites them to book the next infill, with your link. Anyone who turns up after four weeks needs a full set; you set that up as its own service with its own duration and price.

**Can I take payment up front on full sets but not on infills?** Any service with a price can be paid online once you have set up online payment; the client decides whether to pay right away or book without payment. A deposit as a partial amount and a per-service choice are not available at the moment.

**I run the studio on my own. Is it worth it then?** Especially then. You can't pick up while the client's eyes are closed, and otherwise messages wait until the evening. The assistant takes the calls, WhatsApp does the reminding, bookings come in through your link.

**Can I point new clients to the patch test?** Yes. You write whatever you want into the confirmation and the reminder: please come without mascara, take your contact lenses out, new clients drop in 48 hours before for a patch test.

**Do my clients need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a service and a time and enter their name and mobile number. That's it.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
