## Common questions

**How do I stop someone booking a full set into a one-hour gap?** Every service carries its own duration. A two-hour classic full set only appears where two hours are free. Gaps that are too short never show up as availability.

**My clients come back every two to three weeks for an infill. Does terminio help with that?** Yes. The message after the appointment invites them to book the next infill, with your link. Anyone who turns up after four weeks needs a full set; you set that up as its own service with its own duration and price.

**Can I take a deposit on full sets but not on infills?** Yes. Per service you decide whether a deposit, the full price or nothing at all is due up front. Two-hour full set with a deposit, one-hour infill without.

**I run the studio on my own. Is it worth it then?** Especially then. You can't pick up while the client's eyes are closed, and otherwise messages wait until the evening. The assistant takes the calls, WhatsApp does the reminding, bookings come in through your link.

**Can I point new clients to the patch test?** Yes. You write whatever you want into the confirmation and the reminder: please come without mascara, take your contact lenses out, new clients drop in 48 hours before for a patch test.

**Do my clients need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a service and a time and enter their name and mobile number. That's it.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
