- Full set, infill, lift. In 30 seconds. Clients open your link, pick a classic full set, an infill or a brow lift, pick the time. Name, mobile number, done. No account, no app, no call to the studio. A photo and a description for every service, in your design, with your logo.
- Paid up front. Right when they book. If a service has a price, customers can pay it right at booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, securely through Stripe. Anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment.
- Whoever prefers to call lands in the same calendar. Not every regular clicks. The AI phone assistant answers while you're mid-set, asks full set or infill and books into the same calendar as the booking page. No second calendar. The system prevents the same slot from being given out twice.
- Booked, confirmed, reminded. Every online booking sends the WhatsApp confirmation straight away, with service, date and time. Before the appointment comes the reminder, from your number, in your words, with the note about coming without mascara. You type nothing, the bed stays booked.
- Only real free slots. Only gaps that fit. Working hours, breaks, the duration of every service: terminio works out from them what the booking page offers. A full set only appears where two hours are free, an infill fits a one-hour gap too. Client records with set and length, statistics and reports included.
- The booking is there at once. Every booking appears in the web app at once, for the whole team, the same picture everywhere. Apps for iPhone and Android and a smartwatch app are coming soon. The database is in the EU (Frankfurt).

## Common questions

**Where does the booking link go?** Everywhere your clients already are: Instagram bio, story sticker, Google profile, WhatsApp status and as a QR code by the bed. One link with your studio's name, which terminio gives you. Clients tap it and see services, prices and free slots.

**What do clients see when they open the link?** Your page in your design: full set, infill and lift with a photo, duration and price, plus the free slots. They choose, enter name and mobile number and are done. Online booking for lash studios needs neither an app nor an account, not even for regulars.

**Can I stop someone booking a full set and then not turning up?** Not entirely. If the full set has a price, clients can pay it right at booking through Stripe if they like, and the WhatsApp reminder beforehand brings most appointments back. A deposit as a partial amount or mandatory payment is not available at the moment.

**My clients come back every two to three weeks. Do they book the infill themselves?** Yes. The message after the appointment invites them to book the next infill, with your link. Clients book the moment they notice the gaps, in the evening, on Sundays, on the go. Anyone who turns up after four weeks needs a full set; you set that up as its own service with its own duration and price.

**How many bookings does the free plan include?** The Free plan takes up to 50 bookings a month, with your own booking page, calendar, unlimited services and unlimited staff. From Pro, bookings are unlimited, plus your own branding, client records, statistics and reports. Cancel monthly, no setup fee.

**How fast is the booking page live?** Name, services, opening hours, terminio does the rest. The page is up in three minutes. Then you set theme, colour and font, copy the link and put it in your bio and Google profile. Online booking for your lash studio runs without you from there on.
