## Common questions

**What about confidentiality and data protection?** terminio.ai stores name, mobile number, appointment and the message a caller leaves. No files, no pleadings, no tax data. Everything sits on servers in the EU, data processing agreement included. Whoever logs in at the firm sees only what you share with them.

**Does the phone assistant advise clients over the phone?** No. It books appointments and takes messages, nothing more. If someone asks about a deadline, a claim or a tax matter, it says the adviser will clear that up at the meeting and notes the callback request. It never gives legal or tax advice.

**Can clients book a particular adviser?** Yes. Every adviser in the firm has their own calendar and their own hours. Clients choose who they want when they book, and the phone assistant remembers the request too.

**Can I remind clients to bring documents?** Yes. For each service you set what should be brought along, say receipts, assessments or the contract, and the WhatsApp reminder repeats it the day before. So the meeting doesn't open with the news that the paperwork is at home.

**Can I take the fee for the initial consultation up front?** Yes. For fixed-fee services you decide whether it's paid in advance, in part or not at all. The client pays when booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, secure through Stripe. Invoicing and bookkeeping stay with you.
