**How does the booking link reach my clients?** You set up the firm, services and hours, and terminio builds your booking page with its own link. That goes on the firm website, the Google profile, the email signature and the answerphone message. The page is online in three minutes, no programming.

**Does the client have to describe their matter when booking online?** No. They pick a service, say an initial consultation or a contract review, the adviser and a free time, and give a name and mobile number. No account, no app, no facts of the case in a text box. Whatever belongs to the matter, you discuss at the meeting.

**Can I ask for the fee up front with online booking for law firms?** Yes. For fixed-fee services you decide whether it's paid in advance, in part or not at all.
