That goes on the firm website, the Google profile, the email signature and the answerphone message. The page is online in three minutes, no programming. **Does the client have to describe their matter when booking online?** No. They pick a service, say an initial consultation or a contract review, the adviser and a free time, and give a name and mobile number. No account, no app, no facts of the case in a text box. Whatever belongs to the matter, you discuss at the meeting. **Can I ask for the fee up front with online booking for law firms?** You can offer online payment; you cannot make it mandatory at the moment. If a service has a fixed fee, the client can pay it when booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, secure through Stripe; anyone who would rather pay by invoice books without payment.
