- Your page. Open around the clock. Clients book in the evening, on Sundays, on the go: pick a massage, pick a therapist, pick a time, done. No account, no phone call. In your design, with your logo, gift vouchers right beside it.
- Paid up front. If customers want to. If a service has a price, customers can pay it right at booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment. Secure through Stripe.
- No call gets lost any more. The AI assistant answers while you're treating: around the clock, in German. It asks whether it's a massage or a voucher, checks free slots, books and summarises every call in the app. Even in a one-person studio.
- Reminds before anyone forgets. Confirmation on every booking, a reminder before the appointment, from your number, in your words. Including the ninety minutes that were booked three weeks ago. You don't type a single message.
- One calendar for the whole studio. Colleagues, rooms, breaks between treatments: terminio works the free slots out from them. Regulars book the therapist they know. Client records, statistics and reports included.

## Common questions

**Can I keep a break between two treatments?** Yes. Every service carries a clean-up time alongside its duration, say fifteen minutes to air the room and change the sheets. The next free slot only starts after that, online and on the phone alike.

**I work alone. Who answers while I'm treating?** The AI phone assistant. It takes every call, books appointments into your calendar and writes you a summary in the app. You read it once the client is off the table.

**Can I ask for a deposit on long treatments?** A deposit as a partial amount is not available at the moment. Once you set up online payment, customers can pay the full price of the ninety-minute hot-stone massage right at booking, securely through Stripe, and the money lands in your account. Anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment.

**How do gift vouchers work?** You set vouchers up as a service of their own with a fixed price. Clients order them through your link and pay online straight away. To redeem one they book an appointment as usual and mention the voucher.

**Can clients book a particular therapist?** Yes. Every colleague has their own calendar and their own hours. Clients choose who they want when they book, and the phone assistant remembers the request too.

**Do my clients need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a massage and a time and enter their name and mobile number. That's it.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
