## Common questions

**Can I keep a break between two treatments?** Yes. Every service carries a clean-up time alongside its duration, say fifteen minutes to air the room and change the sheets. The next free slot only starts after that, online and on the phone alike.

**I work alone. Who answers while I'm treating?** The AI phone assistant. It takes every call, books appointments into your calendar and writes you a summary in the app. You read it once the client is off the table.

**Can I ask for a deposit on long treatments?** Yes, per service. A deposit on the ninety-minute hot-stone massage, nothing on the back massage. Payment runs securely through Stripe and the money lands in your account.

**How do gift vouchers work?** You set vouchers up as a service of their own with a fixed price. Clients order them through your link and pay online straight away. To redeem one they book an appointment as usual and mention the voucher.

**Can clients book a particular therapist?** Yes. Every colleague has their own calendar and their own hours. Clients choose who they want when they book, and the phone assistant remembers the request too.

**Do my clients need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a massage and a time and enter their name and mobile number. That's it.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
