Name, mobile number, done. No account, no app, no call into the treatment room. In your design, with your logo, gift vouchers right beside it. - Paid up front. Right when they book. If a service has a price, customers can pay it right at booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, securely through Stripe. Anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment. - Whoever prefers to call lands in the same calendar. Not every regular clicks. The AI phone assistant answers while your hands are on the client, asks back or full body and books into the same calendar as the booking page. No second calendar. The system prevents the same slot from being given out twice. - Booked, confirmed, reminded. Every online booking sends the WhatsApp confirmation straight away, with service, date and time. The database is in the EU (Frankfurt). ## Common questions **Where does the booking link go?** Everywhere your clients already are: Instagram bio, Google profile, WhatsApp status and as a QR code at reception. One link with your studio's name, which terminio gives you. Clients tap it and see massages, prices and free slots. **What do clients see when they open the link?** Your page in your design: massages with duration and price, the therapists, the free slots, gift vouchers right beside them. They choose, enter name and mobile number and are done. Online booking for massage studios needs neither an app nor an account, not even for regulars. **What if someone books hot stone and then doesn't turn up?** Not entirely. If the hot-stone massage has a price, clients can pay it right at booking through Stripe if they like, and the WhatsApp reminder beforehand brings most appointments back. A deposit as a partial amount or mandatory payment is not available at the moment. **How many bookings does the free plan include?** The Free plan takes up to 50 bookings a month, with your own booking page, calendar, unlimited staff and unlimited services.
