- Private services paid up front. If you want. Per service you decide: deposit, full price or pay at the desk. Check-ups, travel vaccination advice and other privately billed services (IGeL) are paid online in advance, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nothing on insured consultations. Secure through Stripe.
- No call gets lost any more. The AI assistant answers while reception is doing three things at once: around the clock, in German. It names free slots, books, takes prescription requests as a message and summarises every call in the app. It gives no medical advice; anything urgent goes straight through to the practice.
- Reminds before anyone forgets. Confirmation on every booking, a reminder the day before, from your number, in your words. Whoever cancels frees the slot before it goes to waste, and another patient gets it. Time for the next check-up or a booster? The recall goes out as a WhatsApp instead of a letter.
- One calendar for the whole practice. Several doctors, their own hours, services: terminio works the free slots out from them. Patients book their own GP, and the locum when she's on holiday. Contacts, statistics and reports included.

## Common questions

**What does the phone assistant do in an emergency?** It does not advise and it does not treat. If a call sounds urgent, it stops booking and puts the caller through to the practice straight away or gives the emergency number, whichever you have set. It never answers medical questions; it takes them down as a message for you.

**Where is my patients' data stored?** On servers in the EU. terminio.ai stores name, mobile number and appointment, no diagnoses, no results, no records. Data processing agreement included.

**Does terminio.ai replace my practice management software?** No. Billing, notes and patient records stay in your PMS. terminio.ai handles appointments, reminders and the phone, and runs alongside it, like a second screen at the front desk.

**Can the assistant issue or renew prescriptions?** No. It takes the request down as a message, with name, medication and a number to call back, and you see it in the app. Whether a prescription is issued is still the doctor's decision.

**Can patients choose their doctor?** Yes. Every doctor in the practice has their own calendar and their own hours. Patients choose who they want when they book, and the phone assistant remembers the request too.

**Do my patients need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a service and a time and enter their name and mobile number. The booking page asks for nothing else.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
