- Check-up booked online, paid online. For privately billed services you decide per service: deposit, full price or at the desk. Travel vaccination advice and sports medicals are paid at booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, secure through Stripe. Whoever has paid turns up at half past eight.
- Those who prefer to ring book too. Not every patient types. The AI phone assistant answers while there's a queue at reception, names the same free slots as your booking page and writes the appointment into the same calendar. Prescription requests it takes as a message; medical advice it does not give.
- Booked means confirmed. Every online booking triggers a WhatsApp confirmation straight away, from your number, with service, date and time. The reminder follows the day before. Whoever cancels frees the slot, and the time is back online for the next patient.

**Does online booking tell insured consultations and private services apart?** Yes. You set up every service on its own, with duration, price and prepayment: the consultation without a price and without payment, the health check-up with thirty minutes and prepayment, if you want. Patients see at booking what applies to their service.

**What happens when a patient cancels at short notice?** They reply to the WhatsApp reminder, straight into your chat, and reception frees the time. It reappears on the booking page at once, and the next patient books it. So the slot isn't wasted, and nobody at the desk has to ring around.
