Whoever would otherwise be holding at eight in the morning books from the sofa in the evening instead. **Does online booking tell insured consultations and private services apart?** Yes. You set up every service on its own, with duration and price: the consultation without a price and without payment, the health check-up with thirty minutes and a price that patients can pay online right away if they like. Patients see at booking what applies to their service. **What happens when a patient cancels at short notice?** They reply to the WhatsApp reminder, straight into your chat, and reception frees the time. It reappears on the booking page at once, and the next patient books it. So the slot isn't wasted, and nobody at the desk has to ring around. **How does terminio work out my practice's free slots?** From what you set up: hours per doctor, duration per service, existing appointments.
