## Common questions

**Can clients book a particular nail technician?** Yes. Each one has her own calendar and her own hours. Clients pick who they want when they book, and the phone assistant remembers the request too.

**How do I stop a full new set being booked into an infill gap?** Every service carries its own duration. A two-hour new set only appears where two hours are free. A 75-minute gap never shows up as availability for it.

**Does terminio.ai automatically remind clients after three weeks?** Reminders are tied to a booked appointment, not to a rhythm in the calendar. In practice you do it the other way round: set the next infill as the client leaves, and confirmation and reminder run by themselves from there.

**Can the phone assistant quote prices?** Yes. It knows your services with their price and duration, speaks German, and books within the same call. If it gets complicated it hands over instead of guessing.

**Can I ask for a deposit on some services only?** Yes. For each service you decide whether it is paid in advance and whether that is the full price or a deposit. Manicure without, new set with — it is one setting on the service.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.

**Do my clients need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a service and a time and enter their name and mobile number. That's it.
