- Your page. Open around the clock. Patients book in the evening, on Sundays, straight after a first look at your website: pick a first consultation or a follow-up, pick a time, done. No account, no call in the middle of your treatment. In your design, with your logo.
- First consultation paid up front. If you want. Per service you decide: deposit, full price or pay in the practice. Your patients pay for themselves, so you take the first consultation online in advance, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the follow-up after the appointment. Secure through Stripe.
- No call gets lost any more. The AI assistant answers while you're treating and the phone is on silent: around the clock, in German. It names free slots, books, takes questions down as a message and summarises every call in the app. It gives no medical advice; anything urgent goes straight through to the practice.
- Reminds before anyone forgets. Confirmation on every booking, a reminder the day before, from your number, in your words, asking patients to bring previous findings and their list of medication. Whoever cancels frees the ninety minutes before they go to waste, and another patient gets them.

## Common questions

**My first consultations take ninety minutes. Can someone book one into a short gap?** No. Every service carries its own duration. A ninety-minute first consultation only appears where ninety minutes are free in one go. Gaps that are too short never show up as availability.

**Does the phone assistant give medical advice?** No. It books appointments and takes messages, nothing more. Questions about symptoms or treatments it does not answer; it notes them down for you. If a call sounds urgent, it stops booking and puts the caller through to the practice straight away or gives the emergency number, whichever you have set.

**Where is my patients' data stored?** On servers in the EU. terminio.ai stores name, mobile number and appointment, no case history, no findings, no records. Data processing agreement included.

**What happens when someone cancels at short notice?** The cancellation arrives by WhatsApp, and the time is back online for booking straight away. You can ask for a deposit on the first consultation; you set your own cancellation terms, and the booking page shows them before anyone books.

**Does terminio.ai replace my invoicing software?** No. Invoices under the naturopaths' fee schedule (GebüH), notes and patient records stay in your programme. terminio.ai handles appointments, reminders and the phone, and runs alongside it.

**Do my patients need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a service and a time and enter their name and mobile number. The booking page asks for nothing else.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
