The online booking page asks for nothing else, no symptoms, no history. **Can I have the first consultation paid online but not the follow-ups?** Yes, through the price. If the first consultation has a price, patients can pay it right at booking if they like; set the follow-up up without a price and there is no payment for it. A deposit as a partial amount is not available at the moment. You put your cancellation terms into the description of the service, which patients see before booking, and also into your WhatsApp reminder; the booking page has no dedicated cancellation notice. **Where do I put the link if I have no website of my own?** In the Google profile, in your WhatsApp status, as a QR code on the business card and in the answerphone message. Whoever calls in the evening and reaches nobody hears the link and books directly.
