- Your page. Open around the clock. Clients book at six before work or at ten after their workout: pick a session, pick a trainer, pick a time, done. No account, no phone call. In your design, with your logo.
- Paid up front. If customers want to. If a service has a price, customers can pay it right at booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment. Secure through Stripe.
- No call gets lost any more. The AI assistant answers while you're on the floor: around the clock, in German. It asks whether it's a trial session or personal training, checks free slots, books and summarises every call in the app.
- Reminds before anyone forgets. Confirmation on every booking, a reminder before the session, from your number, in your words. Clients who are reminded turn up, and keep turning up. You don't type a single message, not even at six in the morning.
- One calendar for the whole gym. Trainers, shifts, services: terminio works the free slots out from them. Every trainer has their own calendar, regulars book the trainer they know. Client records, statistics and reports included.

## Common questions

**Can I sell packages of ten sessions?** Yes. You set the package up as a service, with a package price that clients can pay online right away if they like. Clients then book the sessions one by one into your calendar; the client record shows how many are still open.

**How do I limit the places in a small-group class?** You give the class a number of places, say six. Once six people have booked, the class is full online and on the phone. Whoever cancels frees their place, and the next person can book it.

**What happens when someone cancels at short notice?** You decide how late a session can be cancelled for free, say 24 hours before. Clients cancel through the link in their WhatsApp confirmation, the slot opens up again straight away, and if someone has paid online, you refund according to your rule straight from the app.

**Can clients book a particular trainer?** Yes. Every trainer has their own calendar and their own hours. Clients choose who they want when they book, and the phone assistant remembers the request too.

**Can I have trial sessions paid for up front?** Yes, once you set up online payment and the trial session has a price. Clients can then pay right at booking, securely through Stripe; anyone who would rather pay at the desk books without payment. A deposit as a partial amount is not available at the moment.

**I already have membership software. Do they work together?** terminio.ai handles appointments, reminders and the phone, not contracts and membership fees. The two run side by side; personal training, classes and trial sessions are booked through terminio, the membership stays where it is.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
