## Common questions

**Can I sell packages of ten sessions?** Yes. You set the package up as a service, with a package price and, if you like, payment up front. Clients then book the sessions one by one into your calendar; the client record shows how many are still open.

**How do I limit the places in a small-group class?** You give the class a number of places, say six. Once six people have booked, the class is full online and on the phone. Whoever cancels frees their place, and the next person can book it.

**What happens when someone cancels at short notice?** You decide how late a session can be cancelled for free, say 24 hours before. Clients cancel through the link in their WhatsApp confirmation, the slot opens up again straight away, and your rule applies to the deposit too.

**Can clients book a particular trainer?** Yes. Every trainer has their own calendar and their own hours. Clients choose who they want when they book, and the phone assistant remembers the request too.

**Can I have trial sessions paid for up front?** Yes. Per service you decide: deposit, full price up front or payment at the desk. Payment runs securely through Stripe, and whoever has paid shows up.

**I already have membership software. Do they work together?** terminio.ai handles appointments, reminders and the phone, not contracts and membership fees. The two run side by side; personal training, classes and trial sessions are booked through terminio, the membership stays where it is.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
