## Common questions

**Where does the booking link go?** Everywhere your members already are: Instagram bio, Google profile, WhatsApp status and as a QR code at the front desk. One link with your gym's name, which terminio gives you. Clients tap it and see services, prices, trainers and free slots.

**What do clients see when they open the link?** Your page in your design: services with duration and price, the trainers, the free slots. They choose, enter name and mobile number and are done. **Can I stop someone booking a trial session and then not turning up?** Yes. Per service you decide whether a deposit is due. A deposit on the trial session, nothing on the small-group class. Payment runs securely through Stripe, and whoever has paid a deposit is on the floor at seven. Your cancellation rule applies to the deposit too.

**How do clients book a ten-session package through the page?** You set the package up as a service, with a package price and, if you like, payment up front. Clients then book the sessions one by one into your calendar, with their trainer and at their time. The client record shows how many are still open.

**How many bookings does the free plan include?** The Free plan takes up to 50 bookings a month, with your own booking page, calendar, unlimited trainers and unlimited services. From Pro, bookings are unlimited, plus your own branding, client records, statistics and reports. Cancel monthly, no setup fee.
