- Your page. Open around the clock. Clients arrive from Instagram, in the evening, on the go: pick a session, pick a time, done. No account, no phone call. Walk-in passport photos carry on as before; everything else sits in the calendar.
- Paid up front. If customers want to. If a service has a price, customers can pay it right at booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment. Secure through Stripe.
- No call gets lost any more. The AI assistant answers while you're shooting: around the clock, in German. It asks whether it's passport photos or a portrait, checks free slots, books and summarises every call in the app. Wedding enquiries land with you as a call-back.
- Reminds before anyone forgets. Confirmation on every booking, a reminder before the session, from your number, in your words: what to wear, what to bring, where to park. You don't type a single message, not even on a Friday night.
- One calendar for studio and location. Studio hours, location shoots, editing time: terminio works the free slots out from them. Short passport slots next to long sessions, travel time blocked in with them. Client records, statistics and reports included.

## Common questions

**Can I take payment up front on longer sessions?** If the session has a price, customers can pay it right at booking if they like, securely through Stripe, and the money lands in your account. Anyone who would rather pay on the day books without payment. A deposit as a partial amount is not available at the moment.

**What happens with wedding enquiries?** The assistant doesn't just book those through. It takes the date, the venue and what the couple has in mind and leaves you a call-back in the app. You ring back once you can put the camera down and talk the package through yourself.

**I do passport photos without an appointment. Can that carry on?** Yes. Whoever walks in gets served as before. You can still make passport photos bookable, at fifteen minutes, so nobody stands at a locked door while you're out on location.

**How do I stop someone booking a family session into half an hour?** Every service carries its own duration. A ninety-minute session only appears where ninety minutes are free. Gaps that are too short never show up as availability.

**I often shoot away from the studio. How does that fit in the calendar?** You set location shoots up like any other service, with a longer duration to cover travel there and back. While you're out, the booking page shows the studio as taken, and the assistant still answers the phone.

**Do my clients need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a session and a time and enter their name and mobile number. That's it.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
