## Common questions

**Can I take a deposit on longer sessions?** Yes. Per service you decide whether a deposit is due and how much. €50 on the Saturday family session, say, and nothing on passport photos. Payment runs through Stripe and the money lands in your account.

**What happens with wedding enquiries?** The assistant doesn't just book those through. It takes the date, the venue and what the couple has in mind and leaves you a call-back in the app. You ring back once you can put the camera down and talk the package through yourself.

**I do passport photos without an appointment. Can that carry on?** Yes. Whoever walks in gets served as before. You can still make passport photos bookable, at fifteen minutes, so nobody stands at a locked door while you're out on location.

**How do I stop someone booking a family session into half an hour?** Every service carries its own duration. A ninety-minute session only appears where ninety minutes are free. Gaps that are too short never show up as availability.

**I often shoot away from the studio. How does that fit in the calendar?** You set location shoots up like any other service, with a longer duration to cover travel there and back. While you're out, the booking page shows the studio as taken, and the assistant still answers the phone.

**Do my clients need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a session and a time and enter their name and mobile number. That's it.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
