Name, mobile number, done. No account, no app, no call mid-shoot. In your design, with your logo. Portfolio seen at 11 pm, booked at five past. - Paid up front. Right when they book. If a service has a price, customers can pay it right at booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, securely through Stripe. Anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment. - Whoever prefers to call lands in the same calendar. Not everyone clicks. The AI phone assistant answers while you're behind the camera, asks passport or portrait and books into the same calendar as the booking page. Wedding enquiries it notes down for you to call back. No second calendar. The system prevents the same slot from being given out twice. - Booked, confirmed, reminded. Every online booking sends the WhatsApp confirmation straight away, with service, date and time. The database is in the EU (Frankfurt). ## Common questions **Where do I put the booking link so clients find it?** Everywhere your clients already are: Instagram bio, Google profile, website and as a QR code on the studio door. One link with your studio's name, which terminio gives you. Clients tap it, see services, prices and free slots and book without calling you. **What do clients see when they open the link?** Your page in your design: application headshots, portrait, family session, each with duration and price, plus the free slots. They choose, enter name and mobile number and are done. Online booking for photographers needs neither an app nor an account, not even for regulars. **Can I stop someone booking a session and then not turning up?** Not entirely. If the session has a price, clients can pay it right at booking through Stripe if they like, the money lands in your account, and the WhatsApp reminder beforehand brings most appointments back. A deposit as a partial amount or mandatory payment is not available at the moment. **How many bookings does the free plan include?** The Free plan takes up to 50 bookings a month, with your own booking page, calendar and unlimited services. From Pro, bookings are unlimited, plus your own branding, client records, statistics and reports. Cancel monthly, no setup fee. **I'm often out on location. Does the booking page stay accurate?** Yes. You set location shoots up like any other service, with a longer duration to cover travel there and back. While you're out, the booking page shows the studio as taken, and a family session only appears where ninety minutes are really free. Gaps that are too short never show up. **How fast is the booking page live?** Name, services, opening hours, terminio does the rest. The page is up in three minutes. Then you set theme, colour and font, copy the link and put it in your bio and Google profile.
