**Do the messages come from my number?** Yes. You connect your WhatsApp in the app with a QR code, and your number stays your number. Clients see the studio they know, and whoever can't make it replies straight into your chat instead of calling while you're mid-shoot. Technically this is a linked device, not the official WhatsApp Business Platform; WhatsApp can restrict or ban numbers that send automated messages.

**When should the reminder before a session go out?** The classic is 24 hours before, the most effective message against forgotten appointments. For a family session a week before pays off too, so everyone knows what to wear. You can add two hours before or a time of your own, every reminder switched on and off individually.

**Can I tell clients in the reminder what to bring?** Yes. You write the text once, the way you speak: what to wear, what to bring, where to park. Name, date, time and service terminio fills in when sending. While writing you see the message exactly as it reaches the client.
