## Common questions

**Does terminio.ai bill health insurers?** No. terminio.ai is not practice management software: no billing, no clinical notes, no patient records. It handles appointments, reminders and the phone, and runs next to whatever you already use for the rest.

**Do you manage referrals and courses of treatment?** No. How many sessions a referral covers and when it expires stays in your practice software. You put the appointments of a course into the calendar, and each one gets its own reminder.

**Can patients come back to the same therapist?** Yes. Every colleague has their own calendar and their own hours. Patients choose who they want when they book, and the phone assistant remembers the request too.

**How do I stop a lymphatic drainage landing in a 20-minute gap?** Every service carries its own duration. A 45-minute drainage only appears where 45 minutes are free. Gaps that are too short never show up as availability.

**What about home visits?** A home visit is a service like any other, with its own duration and its own price. Build the travel time into the duration and the block in the calendar stays realistic.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.

**Do my patients need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a service and a time and enter their name and mobile number. The booking page asks for nothing else.
