**What do patients see when they open my booking link?** Your services with duration and price, your therapists and the free slots, all in your design with your logo. They pick a treatment, a therapist and a time and enter their name and mobile number. The online booking page asks for nothing else.

**Can patients with a prescription and private patients use the same page?** Yes. Physiotherapy and manual therapy you set up without payment, massage or lymphatic drainage as a private treatment with a deposit if you want one. The patient sees what applies to each service and pays only where you have set it up that way.

**Do I have to enter the appointments of a course by hand?** You put the series into the calendar, for example six appointments on Mondays and Thursdays. How many sessions the referral covers and when it expires stays in your practice software. terminio.ai is not practice software, it handles appointments, reminders and the phone.
