## Your practice books itself.

- One link. Website, Google, QR code at reception. Your booking page sits on the practice website, in the Google profile, in the WhatsApp status and as a QR code at reception. Patients pick physiotherapy or lymphatic drainage, their therapist and a time, in 30 seconds. No account, in your design, with your logo.
- Paid up front. Right when they book. If a service has a price, customers can pay it right at booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, securely through Stripe. Anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment.
- Whoever prefers to call lands in the same calendar. Not every patient books online. The AI phone assistant answers while you are at the couch, names the same free slots as your page and writes the appointment into the same calendar. The system prevents the same slot from being given out twice, online or on the phone.
- Booked, confirmed, reminded. Automatically. As soon as an appointment comes in through your page, the patient gets a WhatsApp with treatment, date and time, from your number. The reminder follows the day before. Whoever cannot make it writes back, straight into your chat. You type none of it.
- terminio works the free slots out. Therapists, rotas and the duration of each service: that is where the slots on your page come from. A 45-minute lymphatic drainage only appears where 45 minutes are free. Patients stay with their therapist, series go into the calendar as a set.
- The booking is there at once. Every booking appears in the web app at once, for the whole team, the same picture everywhere. Apps for iPhone and Android and a smartwatch app are coming soon. The database is in the EU (Frankfurt).

## Common questions

**What do patients see when they open my booking link?** Your services with duration and price, your therapists and the free slots, all in your design with your logo. They pick a treatment, a therapist and a time and enter their name and mobile number. The online booking page asks for nothing else.

**Can patients with a prescription and private patients use the same page?** Yes. Physiotherapy and manual therapy you set up without a price, and then there is no payment. Massage or lymphatic drainage as a private treatment get a price that patients can pay online right away if they like. The patient sees the price of each service.

**Do I have to enter the appointments of a course by hand?** You put the series into the calendar, for example six appointments on Mondays and Thursdays. How many sessions the referral covers and when it expires stays in your practice software. terminio.ai is not practice software, it handles appointments, reminders and the phone.

**How quickly is online booking set up for my physiotherapy practice?** In about ten minutes. Name, services with duration and price, opening hours, therapists. After that your link sits on the practice website, in the Google profile and as a QR code at reception. Theme, colour and font you set yourself in the app.

**What about home visits and appointments I enter myself?** A home visit is a service with its own duration, travel time built in. Appointments you enter by hand at reception block the time on the page at once. Online, phone and hand land in the same calendar, for every therapist in the practice.
