## Common questions

**Does the message come from the practice number or from terminio?** From your number. You connect your WhatsApp with a QR code in the app, and your number stays your number. The messages come from the practice, and whoever cannot make it writes straight back into your chat, not to some unknown number. Technically this is a linked device, not the official WhatsApp Business Platform; WhatsApp can restrict or ban numbers that send automated messages.

**Does every appointment in a course get its own reminder?** Yes. You put the six appointments of a course into the calendar, and each one triggers its own confirmation and reminder. Next to every appointment the calendar shows whether the message is sent, scheduled or failed.

**What does the message say, and can I write it myself?** You write the text the way you speak in the practice. Name, date, time and treatment terminio fills in when it sends. While writing you see the preview as it arrives for the patient, and a test message goes to real appointments.
