## Common questions

**Does terminio.ai fit my trade at all?** If you take appointments, yes. Alterations, key cutting, cleaning, dog training, bike repair, sewing courses: the principle is the same everywhere. Customers pick a service and a time, you get the appointment in your calendar.

**Can I set up my own list of services?** Yes, and that's the normal way. The catalogue comes with a generic list you turn into yours in ten minutes: rename, adjust duration and price, delete what you don't offer, add what's missing.

**I also give pick-up appointments. Does that work?** Yes. A pick-up is a service like any other, just shorter: ten minutes, no price. Customers book it themselves, get the WhatsApp reminder and actually turn up when the jacket is ready.

**Can I ask for a deposit?** Per service, if you want to. A deposit on a course over several weeks or a bigger job, nothing on the small stuff. Payment runs securely through Stripe.

**I run the business on my own. Is it still worth it?** Especially then. If you work alone, there's nobody to answer the phone. The assistant takes that on, the booking page accepts appointments at night, and the reminders go out without you having to think about them.

**Do my customers need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a service and a time and enter their name and mobile number. That's it.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
