- A deposit at booking. If you want one. Per service you decide: deposit, full price or pay on the day. For the eight-week puppy course the customer pays right on the booking page, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, secure through Stripe. For the trouser hem you set nothing.
- Whoever would rather call lands in the same calendar. Not every customer clicks. The AI phone assistant answers while you're at the machine, names the same free slots as the booking page and writes the appointment into the same calendar. Around the clock, in German, with a German phone number.

**How does the booking link reach my customers?** You set up the business, services and opening hours, and terminio builds your booking page with its own link. That goes on the Google profile, the website, the WhatsApp status and as a QR code on the shop door. The page is online in three minutes, no programming.

**Does online booking for service businesses fit my particular services?** If you take appointments, yes.
