## Common questions

**Can I take a deposit on sessions?** Yes, per service. €100 on the half-day session, say, and nothing on the piercing. The deposit is due at booking, secure through Stripe, and you take it off the bill in the studio. Whoever has paid a deposit almost always turns up.

**How do I stop someone booking a session into a one-hour gap?** Every service carries its own duration. A four-hour session only appears where four hours are free. Gaps that are too short never show up as availability.

**For larger pieces I need a consultation first. Does that work?** Yes. Set the consultation up as its own service, free or with a small fee, and the session as a second one. Clients book the consultation first, you draw the design, and then you set the session date yourself or open it up for booking.

**We're several artists with our own styles. Does that fit?** Yes. Every artist has their own calendar, their own days and their own services. Clients choose who they want when they book. Guest artists you set up for their week and switch off again afterwards.

**What about minors and ID?** terminio doesn't check anyone's age; that stays with you at the counter. But the WhatsApp confirmation and reminder automatically remind clients to bring ID and, for under-18s, the consent form, in your words.

**We often do piercings as walk-ins. Does everything have to be booked now?** No. You add walk-ins yourself in two seconds or just let them happen. The calendar shows you how much room there is before the next session, so the walk-in doesn't push the session back.

**Does every WhatsApp message cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message, not even for the aftercare instructions after the session.
