## Common questions

**Do the messages come from the studio number clients already know?** Yes, from yours. You connect your WhatsApp in the app by QR code, and your number stays your number. Clients see the studio they already message anyway, and whoever can't make it replies straight into your chat instead of calling while you're tattooing. Technically this is a linked device, not the official WhatsApp Business Platform; WhatsApp can restrict or ban numbers that send automated messages.

**When should the reminder go out before a session?** The classic is 24 hours before, the most effective message against forgotten appointments. For a half-day session a week before is worth adding too, with a note on ID. Two hours before or a time of your own work as well, every reminder switchable on its own, each with its own text.

**Can I send the aftercare instructions after the session this way too?** Yes.
