Database in the EU (Frankfurt). ## Common questions **What does the phone assistant do in an emergency?** It takes the message, asks for the address and a callback number and flags the call as urgent so you see it in the app straight away. It doesn't send anyone out: whether and who drives out today is your decision. **How does travel time between two jobs get into the calendar?** You set a buffer per service, say 30 minutes before and after every site visit. Two jobs then never sit back to back. The areas you cover go on your booking page, and the phone assistant asks for the address on every call. **Can customers book a quote online?** Yes. A site visit with a quote is a service like any other, with its own duration and its own price. If it has a price, customers can pay it online right away if they like; whether you set it against the job later is up to you. **What if the customer isn't at home when the fitter arrives?** That's exactly what the reminder is for. The day before, the customer gets the time and the fitter's name again on WhatsApp. Whoever can't make it after all cancels beforehand, and the van goes somewhere else. **Can customers ask for a particular fitter?** Yes.
