## Common questions

**Where does the booking link go?** Everywhere customers find you: in your Google profile, on your website, in your WhatsApp status or as a QR code on the van. One link, one page. Whoever opens it sees your services, your free slots and your name on the online booking page, in your design.

**Can customers enter their address when they book?** Yes. Customers pick a job and a time, enter their name, mobile number and address, done. They need no account and no app. The fitter knows beforehand where he's driving at eight, and the areas you cover go on your booking page.

**What if someone books a repair but really needs a quote first?** You set the services up the way your customers know them: site visit with a quote, repair visit, maintenance visit, consultation. Each with its own duration and its own price. Whoever doesn't know the difference sees it on the page. Your catalogue for trades comes pre-filled when you set up.

**How do I stop two jobs sitting back to back with no travel time?** You set a buffer per service, say 30 minutes before and after every site visit. The page only shows slots that really fit with rotas, absences, duration and buffer. If tomorrow is full, tomorrow doesn't appear. Double bookings don't happen, not even when someone calls at the same moment.
