- Ten lessons paid up front. If you want. Per service you decide: deposit, full price or pay at the desk. Full price up front for the block of ten before the exams, nothing for the trial lesson. Secure through Stripe.
- No call gets lost any more. The AI assistant answers while you're teaching and the phone is on silent: around the clock, in German. It asks which subject and which year, checks free slots, books and summarises every call in the app.
- Reminds before anyone forgets. Confirmation on every booking, a reminder before the lesson, from your number, in your words, to the parent's phone. You don't type a single message, not even on a Sunday evening.
- One calendar for the whole centre. Tutors, subjects, rooms: terminio works the free slots out from them. Maths with Ms Lindner, English with Mr Aydin, each with their own calendar. Fixed weekly slots, pupil records, statistics and reports included.

## Common questions

**Can parents book for their children?** Yes, and mostly they do. Whoever books enters a name and a mobile number, and the confirmation and reminder go to the number given. Whether mum books in the evening or the pupil does makes no difference to terminio.

**How do I handle fixed weekly slots?** The regular slot, every Thursday at four, goes into the calendar as a series. Every single lesson gets its own reminder. Extra lessons before a test are booked online by the parents like any other.

**Can parents pick a tutor by subject?** Yes. Every tutor has their own calendar, their own hours and their own subjects. Parents choose subject and tutor when they book, and the phone assistant asks the same question.

**What happens when a lesson is cancelled because of a school trip?** The lesson frees up in the calendar and is bookable online again straight away, for the pupil who still wants one more lesson before the exam, say. Anyone inside your cancellation window pays by your rules.

**Can parents pay for a block of lessons up front?** Yes, if you want them to. You set the block up as a service with a package price and, if you like, payment up front. The family then books the lessons one by one into your calendar; the pupil record shows how many are left.

**Does it work for online lessons too?** Yes. An online lesson is a service like any other, just without a room. Confirmation and reminder arrive by WhatsApp as usual, in your words, with the video-call link included.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
