- Subject, tutor, time. In 30 seconds. Parents open your link, pick maths, English or A-level preparation, pick the tutor and the time. Name, mobile number, done. No account, no app, no call mid-lesson. In your design, with your logo. Parents' evening at eight, lesson booked at quarter past.
- Block of ten paid up front. Right when they book. Per service you decide: deposit, full price or pay at the desk. The block of ten before the exams gets the full price up front, the trial lesson nothing. Families pay securely through Stripe, and whoever has paid is at the table on Thursday.
- Whoever prefers to call lands in the same calendar. Not everyone clicks. The AI phone assistant answers while you're teaching from two till eight, asks subject and year and books into the same calendar as the booking page. Call-back requests for after six it notes in the app. No second calendar, no double booking.
- Booked, confirmed, reminded. Every online booking sends the WhatsApp confirmation straight away, with service, date and time. Before the lesson comes the reminder, from your number, in your words, to the parent's phone: which book, which room. You type nothing, Thursday stays full.
- Only real free slots. Per tutor, per subject. Tutors, subjects, rooms, the duration of every service: terminio works out from them what the booking page offers. ## Common questions

**Where do I put the booking link so parents find it?** Everywhere parents already look: Instagram bio, Google profile, WhatsApp status and as a QR code on the parent letter. One link with your centre's name, which terminio gives you. Parents tap it, see subjects, prices and free slots and book without calling you.

**What do parents see when they open the link?** Your page in your design: one-to-one tutoring, small group, A-level preparation, each with duration and price, plus the tutors and their free slots. They choose, enter name and mobile number and are done. Online booking for tutoring needs neither an app nor an account, not even for regular pupils.

**Can the pupil book for herself?** Yes. Whoever books enters a name and a mobile number, and confirmation and reminder go to exactly that number. Whether mum books in the evening or the pupil in year twelve does it herself makes no difference to terminio. Extra lessons before a test she books online like any other.

**How do I keep the regular slot free?** The fixed Thursday lesson goes into the calendar as a series. The booking page then only shows times that are really free, and the regular slot never appears online. If a lesson drops out because of a school trip, it frees up and is bookable again at once, for the pupil before the exam, say.

**How many bookings does the free plan include?** The Free plan takes up to 50 bookings a month, with your own booking page, calendar, unlimited tutors and services. From Pro, bookings are unlimited, plus your own branding, pupil records, statistics and reports. Cancel monthly, no setup fee.

**How fast is the booking page live?** Name, services, opening hours, terminio does the rest. The page is up in three minutes.
