Messages come from you, replies land in your chat, and reception answers them like any other message. Technically this is a linked device, not the official WhatsApp Business Platform; WhatsApp can restrict or ban numbers that send automated messages.

**When should the reminder for a practice appointment go out?** You set the sequence. The classic is 24 hours before, short, with name, date and time, and a line to bring the vaccination record. On top you can switch on a week before and two hours before, or pick your own times, each reminder with its own text, switched on or off on its own.
