- Your page. Open around the clock. Students book on Sunday evening for Monday morning or at lunch for the evening class: pick a class, pick a teacher, secure a place, done. No account, no phone call. In your design, with your logo.
- Paid up front. If customers want to. If a service has a price, customers can pay it right at booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment. Secure through Stripe.
- No call gets lost any more. The AI assistant answers while your phone is on silent in class: around the clock, in German. It asks whether it's a class or a private session, suggests the trial class on a first visit, checks free places, books and summarises every call in the app.
- Reminds before anyone forgets. Confirmation on every booking, a reminder before the class, from your number, in your words. Whoever can't make it cancels through the link, and the mat goes to the next person on the waiting list. You don't type a single message.
- One calendar for the whole studio. Teachers, timetables, the room: terminio works the free places out from them. Every teacher has their own calendar, regulars book the class they love. Student records, statistics and reports included.

## Common questions

**How do I limit the places in a class, and is there a waiting list?** You give the class a number of places, say twelve mats. Once twelve people have booked, the class is full online and on the phone. Whoever cancels frees their place, and the next person on the waiting list gets it.

**Can I sell class cards of ten?** Yes. You set the card up as a service, with a card price that students can pay online right away if they like. Students then book the individual classes into your calendar as usual; the student record shows how many are still open.

**What happens when someone cancels just before class?** You decide how late a place can be cancelled for free, say twelve hours before. Students cancel through the link in their WhatsApp confirmation, the place opens up again straight away, and if someone has paid online, you refund according to your rule straight from the app.

**Do drop-ins work without a card?** Yes. You set the class up as a single place, with a price and payment up front or at the studio. Anyone coming on the spur of the moment books the last free place ten minutes before and is on the list before they've taken their shoes off.

**Can students book a particular teacher?** Yes. Every teacher has their own calendar and their own timetable. Students see who teaches each class when they book, and the phone assistant remembers the request too.

**Do my students need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a class and a time and enter their name and mobile number. That's it.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
