## Common questions

**How do I limit the places in a class, and is there a waiting list?** You give the class a number of places, say twelve mats. Once twelve people have booked, the class is full online and on the phone. Whoever cancels frees their place, and the next person on the waiting list gets it.

**Can I sell class cards of ten?** Yes. You set the card up as a service, with a card price and, if you like, payment up front. Students then book the individual classes into your calendar as usual; the student record shows how many are still open.

**What happens when someone cancels just before class?** You decide how late a place can be cancelled for free, say twelve hours before. Students cancel through the link in their WhatsApp confirmation, the place opens up again straight away, and your rule applies to the deposit too.

**Do drop-ins work without a card?** Yes. You set the class up as a single place, with a price and payment up front or at the studio. Anyone coming on the spur of the moment books the last free place ten minutes before and is on the list before they've taken their shoes off.

**Can students book a particular teacher?** Yes. Every teacher has their own calendar and their own timetable. Students see who teaches each class when they book, and the phone assistant remembers the request too.

**Do my students need an app or an account?** No. They open your link, pick a class and a time and enter their name and mobile number. That's it.

**Does every WhatsApp reminder cost extra?** No. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. There is no cost per message.
