## Common questions

**Do the messages come from my number or from a stranger's?** From yours. You connect your WhatsApp in the app with a QR code, and your number stays your number. Students see the studio they know, and whoever can't make it replies straight into your chat instead of calling the front desk. Technically this is a linked device, not the official WhatsApp Business Platform; WhatsApp can restrict or ban numbers that send automated messages.

**When should the reminder for the half past seven class go out?** The classic is 24 hours before, the most effective message against forgotten appointments. For the morning class you can add a week before, two hours before or a time of your own the evening before, every reminder switched on and off individually, each with its own text.

**Do I have to type for every class myself?** No. As soon as a place is in the calendar, whether online, through the phone assistant or entered by you, terminio writes. Name, date, time and class it fills in when sending, the rest you word once, as calmly as you speak in the studio.

**What does a WhatsApp appointment reminder cost a studio?** Nothing per message. The Free plan includes five reminders a month, from Pro they are unlimited. No SMS fees, no credit to top up. Pro you can try free for seven days and cancel monthly.

**What happens when someone cancels after the reminder?** Students cancel through the link in their WhatsApp confirmation. How late cancelling stays free you decide, say twelve hours before; if someone has paid online, you refund according to your rule straight from the app.
