Customers book through a link, pick a service, a person and a time, and get a confirmation and a reminder on WhatsApp. Whoever prefers to call reaches the assistant, which checks free slots and enters the appointment.
The calendar runs in the browser, as an app on iPhone and Android, and on the smartwatch. One account for the whole business, with roles for the team and a calendar per person.

Where the data lives
All data sits on servers in the EU. terminio.ai signs a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with every business. The booking page asks only for what the appointment needs: name, phone number, a note if wanted. WhatsApp messages go from the business's own number, payments run through Stripe.
Who is behind terminio.ai
terminio.ai is developed and run by terminio.ai UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Großschönau in Saxony, Germany, registered at Amtsgericht Dresden under HRB 48484 and represented by its managing director Antonia Müller. The website exists in fifteen languages, the industry pages and guides in German and English.
