terminio.ai is operated by Aaron Schmidt. Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all sales.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro plan subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with terminio.ai, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order or your most recent renewal.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Or contact us through the terminio.ai contact channels and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds outside the 30-day window
After the 30-day window we generally do not issue refunds for the remainder of a billing period, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, please reach out and we will review your case on its merits.
EU / UK consumer rights
Where applicable consumer-protection law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal (for example, the 14-day cooling-off period in the EU), that statutory right applies in addition to this policy.
