Your booking page sits on the practice website, in the Google profile, on the answerphone and as a QR code on your business card. Patients pick a first consultation, acupuncture or a follow-up and a time, in 30 seconds. No account, in your design.
Paid up front. Right when they book.
If a service has a price, customers can pay it right at booking, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, securely through Stripe. Anyone who would rather pay on site books without payment.
Whoever prefers to call lands in the same calendar.
Not every patient books online. The AI phone assistant answers while you are treating, names the same free slots as your page and writes the appointment into the same calendar. It gives no medical advice, and the system prevents the same slot from being given out twice.
Booked, confirmed, reminded. Without you.
As soon as an appointment comes in through your page, the patient gets a WhatsApp with service, date and time, from your number. The reminder follows the day before, asking for findings and medication list. Whoever cannot come writes into your chat.
